In our sessions you don't have to perform. I won't judge you. You don't have to be perfect. It's not all in your head nor is it just you.


You probably already know that those thoughts are false. Yet you still have them. We're going to work together so you can understand why you feel this way, and I'm going to give you every tool I have to help you get there.


What is hypnosis?

What if instead of losing control, you could go into a calm state of mind and gain control? Gain control over anxiety? Gain control over panic? Gain control over negative thoughts? This is what hypnosis offers. 


When most people think of hypnosis, they think of the guy on stage making people squawk like a chicken. Don't worry, that isn't at all what we're doing here. Hypnosis isn't about me taking control. It's about you learning how to be more in control of yourself.
