  1. Leah Lagos'  Heart. Breath. Mind. - This book outlines the best technique I've found for controlling your emotions.   

  2. David Burns' Feeling Better - The best book for getting in control of your thoughts.  

  3. The Anti-Anxiety Notebook - A phenomenal journal with practical exercises to help you work through anxiety.


Then between session 2 and 4, after I have a much better understanding of your concerns I'll give you another bonus.

I want you to know that when we have our sessions I'm going to give you everything I've got. That's a promise. 

It can be intimidating to start tackling anxiety. Maybe you feel like I'll judge you. Maybe you wonder if it's all in your head. Maybe you feel like you have to be perfect or perform.

In our sessions you don't have to perform. I won't judge you. You don't have to be perfect. It's not all in your head nor is it just you.


You probably already know that those thoughts are false. Yet you still have them. We're going to work together so you can understand why you feel this way, and I'm going to give you every tool I have to help you get there.
